联合国开发计划署庆祝成立60周年 开启在华可持续发展合作新篇章

11月13日，北京——联合国开发计划署（UNDP）今日在京举办招待会，庆祝联合国开发计划署成立60周年，并纪念其在华开展合作46年的历程。活动汇聚了来自各级政府、学术界、私营部门、联合国系统、国际社会及媒体的长期合作伙伴。各方嘉宾共同回顾双方携手取得的丰硕成果，并重申将继续深化合作、携手推动可持续发展的坚定承诺。

Beijing, 13 November —The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in China hosted a high-level reception today to commemorate UNDP’s 60th anniversary and 46 years of partnership in China. The event brought together long-standing partners from government institutions, academia, the private sector, UN agencies, the diplomatic community, and the media to celebrate key milestones and shared achievements, while reaffirming a commitment to continued cooperation.

此次招待会恰逢联合国副秘书长、联合国开发计划署代理署长徐浩良对中国进行正式访问。访问期间，徐浩良与各方伙伴深入交流，旨在进一步巩固联合国开发计划署与中国的战略合作伙伴关系，加速推动可持续发展目标（SDGs）的落实。

The reception aligned with the official visit to China by Haoliang Xu, UN Under Secretary-General and UNDP Acting Administrator, who has been engaging with diverse stakeholders to further strengthen the strategic partnership between UNDP and China and accelerate progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

徐浩良在致辞中表示：“展望前路，发展的新篇章须由大家共同谱写。各国政府、企业界与社会各界必须戮力同心，共同推进可持续发展目标，构建大胆求变的新型协作网络。通过共同努力，我们将共同打造一个更高效、更富成效、并具备充足资金支持的多边主义体。”他呼吁各方秉持团结精神，拿出更大决心，以应对全球发展挑战。

“As we look ahead, the next chapter of development must be written together. Governments, businesses, and communities acting as one must come together to advance the SDGs, forging bold new coalitions for change. Together, we can make multilateralism more efficient, effective, and better financed,” said Xu in his remarks, highlighting the importance of solidarity and renewed ambition to address global development challenges.

中华人民共和国商务部国际贸易谈判代表兼副部长李成钢对中国与联合国开发计划署长期以来的合作表示赞赏，并肯定了双方为可持续发展所做出的共同努力与卓越贡献。

Li Chenggang,China International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce, commended the long-standing cooperation between China and UNDP, emphasizing joint contributions to sustainable development.

他回顾道，自1979年中国与联合国开发计划署签订基本合作协议以来，双方合作推进了9期国别方案的实施，共同开展了1000多个项目，涉及减贫、农业、环保、数字化等广泛领域，为中国经济发展、民生改善作出了积极贡献。

He recalled that since China and UNDP signed the Standard Basic Assistance Agreementin 1979, the two sides have implemented nine Country Programmesand carried out over 1,000 cooperation projects spanning poverty reduction, agriculture, environmental protection, and digital transformation—making tangible contributions to China’s development and the well-being of its people.

他指出：“长期以来，商务部作为开发署对华合作的窗口部门，双方一直保持着良好的合作关系。下一步，商务部愿会同中方相关部门，同开发署一道，继续深化各领域务实合作，共同为促进世界繁荣发展作出新贡献。”。

“MOFCOM has long been the focal point for the UNDP’s cooperation with China and the two sides have maintained a good partnership,” said Minister Li. “Going forward, MOFCOM, along with relevant Chinese departments, stands ready to work with the UNDP to deepen practical cooperation across various sectors and make new contribution to global prosperity and development.”

在联合国迎来多个重要里程碑之际——包括联合国成立八十周年、联合国开发计划署成立六十周年，以及新的《国别方案》正式获批——联合国开发计划署驻华代表白雅婷重申了伙伴合作在实现可持续发展目标中的关键作用。

Beate Trankmann, UNDP Resident Representative in China, reiterated the importance of collaboration for the SDGs, as the UN marks its 80th anniversary and UNDP its 60th, alongside the approval of the new Country Programme Document (CPD).

她表示：“新获批的《国别方案》不仅延续了我们与中国长期以来的紧密合作，也将这一伙伴关系提升至新的高度。这将助力中国以及全球在实现2030年可持续发展目标的‘最后冲刺阶段’，加快步伐、提升成效，并推动关键领域的系统性转型。”

“The new CPD continues our longstanding cooperation with China taking the partnership to a new level and quality that can help advance the speed and scale of the transformations needed in the final mile towards the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 – in China and beyond," she said.

活动现场还通过视频重回顾了各方数十年来携手发展的历程，生动展现了联合国开发计划署为推动中国实现创新驱动、包容性与可持续发展的积极努力与重要贡献。

The event also featured a video with testimonials from partners, reflecting on decades of shared progress and UNDP’s role in advancing innovation-driven, inclusive, and sustainable development in China.

同时，招待会现场的文化表演以富有创意的形式，生动诠释了创造力、包容性与青年赋权等可持续发展目标的核心价值。

In addition, cultural performances were showcased during the reception, highlighting creativity, inclusivity, and youth empowerment, values at the heart of the SDGs.

展望未来，联合国开发计划署将继续致力于同中国及所有合作伙伴紧密协作，共筑一个更具韧性、更可持续的未来。在联合国《未来契约》与联合国开发计划署《2026-2029年全球战略计划》的指引下，联合国开发计划署将继续发挥其桥梁纽带的作用，推进多边发展合作，不让任何一个人掉队。

Looking ahead, UNDP remains committed to working closely with China and all partners to build a more resilient and sustainable future for all. Guided by the UN Pact for the Future and UNDP’s new global Strategic Plan 2026–2029, UNDP will continue to serve as a connecting platform to advance multilateral development cooperation that leaves no one behind.
