人民财讯6月22日电，商务部、国家发展改革委、财政部印发《利用外资固稳促优行动方案》，方案提出，支持外资企业参与提振消费行动。支持外资企业充分参与绿色消费、国际消费中心城市建设等促消费工作，不得以外资品牌产品、外资企业为由，排斥符合条件的产品或服务适用各类促消费支持政策。
