宜宾市气象台发布强对流天气预报：预计16日夜间到17日白天，我市有分散性雷阵雨天气，雨量小到中雨（3～20mm）。其中，屏山县和叙州区局部大雨（25～45mm），个别点暴雨（50～70mm），最大小时雨强20～40mm，主要降雨时段为16日22时～17日5时、17日15时～20时，过程中伴有雷电、短时强降雨，阵性大风和局地冰雹。
