近日，有网友在问政赣州平台留言：办理金色商旅卡和宣传不符，现在更名为奥斯通。 办理后，开始几个月买票可以用会员卡里面金额的10%买高铁票，现在停了不能使用，候车厅休息室也停用，我会员卡金额基本没使用，怎么要求办理退款。
赣州市市场监督管理局赣州经济技术开发区分局回复：
经监管人员协调，经营者将投诉人卡内剩余656元退还至消费者中国银行卡内。来源：问政赣州
