8月31日，汇通控股（603409）发布关于股份回购进展公告。公告显示，汇通控股股份回购方案于2025年12月2日首次披露，实施期限为2025年12月1日至2026年11月30日，预计回购金额3,000万元至5,000万元，用于员工持股计划或股权激励以维护公司价值及股东权益。
截至2026年8月31日，公司累计已回购股份152.51万股，占公司总股本比例0.81%，累计已回购金额4,231.29万元，实际回购价格区间为17.63元/股至38.00元/股。
此外，因2025年年度权益分派，回购期间价格上限自2026年6月18日起调整为不超过26.64元/股。
