据“网信云南”，近日，有网民发布信息称：“云南文山市12级台风，有2万人死亡，有6千人受伤”，引发关注。属地网信、公安部门快速联动核查，该不实信息系网民李某拼接涉灾视频、编造虚假文案后发布。鉴于李某主动配合调查，自行删除不实信息，公安机关依法给予其批评教育。
