9月2日，三安光电（600703.SH）公告称，公司近日收到控股股东三安电子通知，其债权人林素真向厦门中院申请撤回对三安电子和三安集团的破产重整申请，厦门中院裁定准许撤回。公司具有独立完整的业务及自主经营能力，目前生产经营管理情况正常。
