9月3日，液冷服务器概念反复走强，金富科技（003018.SZ）10天4板，此前集泰股份（002909.SZ）4连板，金帝股份（603270.SH）4天3板，思泉新材（301489.SZ）、鸿富瀚（301086.SZ）涨超10%，雪人股份、川润股份（002272.SZ）、申菱环境（301018.SZ）、飞龙股份（002536.SZ）等涨幅靠前。
消息面上，中金公司研报称，看好AI算力集群持续扩容背景下光通信散热赛道的高成长性，重点关注光模块VC、液冷Cage及共封装交换机液冷机会。
