近日，福建福鼎遭遇强降雨袭击，全市多地发生内涝。9月2日，福鼎福安市一家店铺5名群众被困，积水已漫至胸口，情况危急。当地民警联合救援队开展救援，将5名被困群众转移至安全地带。
