9月3日，合盛硅业（603260）发布公告，截至本公告披露日，控股股东宁波合盛集团有限公司在减持计划实施期间通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持3547万股公司股份，占公司总股本的3%，减持总金额13.93亿元。
当前，合盛集团持有4.18亿股公司股份，占公司总股本的35.34%，本次减持计划已实施完毕。
2026年中期，合盛硅业实现收入101.60亿元，归母净利润3.24亿元。
