富乐德（301297）发布公告，公司于2026年9月3日召开2026年第一次临时股东会，选举产生了第三届董事会。
董事会由6名成员组成，其中非独立董事3名：贺贤汉（董事长）、程向阳、王哲，独立董事2名：方芳、颜恩点，职工代表董事1名：吴霞。董事会成员的任期为三年。
此外，公司还聘任了包括总经理王哲在内的多名高级管理人员，证券事务代表为李海东。
2026年中期，富乐德实现收入15.86亿元，归母净利润2.07亿元。
