9月3日，飞力达（300240）发布公告，计划以自有资金通过集中竞价方式回购人民币普通股，回购资金总额不低于4000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格上限为7.95元/股，预计回购股份数量约为503万股至755万股，占总股本的1.35%至2.03%。
2026年中期，飞力达实现收入33.34亿元，归母净利润2460万元。
