近日，有网友在问政四川留言，自己购买的眉山天府万科城房子，2025年就该交房，到现在已经延期一年多，找了仁寿房管局，也找了开发商协商沟通，始终没有结果。
9月2日，仁寿县住建局回复：
经核实，天府万科城因资金短缺导致工地停工，部门将督促企业尽快复工复产。
