9月5日下午，平陆运河首趟“铁江海”联运列车从广西柳州开出，顺利抵达南宁港六景作业区。随着平陆运河近期通航，这批特种水泥将转装货轮直达海南洋浦港，实现全程“一箱到底”运输。
