马春雷，男，1966年7月生，汉族，上海人，中共党员，1989年7月参加工作，在职研究生，法学博士，讲师。
马春雷历任上海市嘉定区委副书记、区长，嘉定区委书记，市政府副秘书长、市发改委主任，市政府秘书长等职。
