IT之家 9 月 7 日消息，在今天的小米秋季旗舰新品发布会上，小米创办人、董事长兼 CEO 雷军发布了玄戒 O100 芯片。
据介绍，玄戒 O100 是 1.22TB/s 高带宽 AI 加速芯片，全球首款 6nm 3D 晶圆级堆叠先进封装，辅以先进混合键合工艺，键合间距逼近物理极限。
IT之家从发布会现场了解到，这款芯片拥有 16 倍于传统手机内存带宽，实现 330TPS 超高端侧推理速度。
