9月5日，榆林市生态环境局公布2026年第二批10起生态环境执法典型案例，通过以案释法、以案促改、以案促治，督促排污单位严格落实生态环境保护主体责任，引导各生产经营单位筑牢法治意识，共同守护榆林蓝天碧水净土。
