当地时间9月7日，菲律宾前众议长、总统马科斯的表弟马丁· 罗穆亚尔德斯因涉嫌防洪项目腐败被捕。当天，菲调查官办公室对罗穆亚尔德斯和其他三人提起“掠夺罪”指控，称涉案金额达74.4亿菲律宾比索（约合8亿人民币）。
