末伏养骨正当时！白菜萝卜少碰，多吃这3样，腿脚更加利索精神更旺

末伏这几天，不少人都有一个感觉，腿脚发软，上楼梯膝盖像踩在棉花上，腰也跟着发酸。老话说得糙，可理不糙，天一热一闷，出汗多，吃睡又跟不上，身体就容易没劲。这个时候，光盯着白菜萝卜不够，得换着吃几样能把骨头和筋骨照顾到的家常菜。原文里给了三道思路很实在的汤菜，一个偏补胶质，一个偏补钙，一个偏健脾养胃，都是从日常食材里下手，图的就是让人吃得舒服，腿脚也利索些。

先看第一道，猪尾巴炖黑豆核桃。猪尾巴这东西，在山东不少人家并不陌生，焯水后慢慢炖，胶质足，入口黏糯，黑豆和核桃又都是常见的耐炖食材，再配上党参、黄芪、桂圆、红皮花生，走的是温和滋补的路子。这个搭配的逻辑很明白，不追求花里胡哨，讲的是蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质和植物活性成分一起上桌，喝起来香，吃起来顶饱，适合这类总觉得腿脚没劲的人。

第二道是紫菜鸡蛋虾皮汤。别看它做法快，厨房里几分钟就能端上桌，里面的门道可不小。紫菜本身有一定碘和膳食纤维，虾皮和鸡蛋提供蛋白质和钙，热汤一碗下肚，清清爽爽，不腻人。对很多夏末犯懒、胃口不太好的人来说，这种汤比大鱼大肉更容易入口。

第三道是排骨山药莲子芡实茯苓汤。这个就更明显了，既有肉香，又带着山药的软糯，再加莲子、芡实、茯苓，明显是奔着脾胃去的。脾胃一顺，吃进去的东西才更容易化开，身体才不容易虚。老一辈常说，夏天过后先养脾胃，很多时候不是说玄乎话，而是看出汗多、吃得乱、作息散，身体就容易一阵虚。

说到末伏，很多人只盯着天气热不热，其实更该留心的是出汗以后怎么补。夏末这段时间，白天热，夜里凉，冷饮一顿猛灌，空调一吹到底，身体表面舒服，里面却容易乱套。腿脚发软、抽筋、腰酸，这些表现不一定是大毛病，但往往是身体在提醒你，别光图嘴巴痛快，得把营养跟上。

猪尾巴这类带胶质的食材，在老百姓餐桌上一直有位置。它不是啥稀罕物，价格也算亲民，炖好了以后，汤里有肉香，也有浓一点的口感。黑豆在传统饮食里常被看作耐炖耐煮的好东西，和猪尾巴放一起，时间长了，味道会往厚里走。核桃和花生加进去，香气更足，整锅汤就不会只剩油腥味。党参、黄芪、桂圆这些东西，老山东人都不陌生，家里老人常爱拿来煲汤，图的就是喝着踏实。

这里头还有个现实问题，很多人一听滋补就觉得一定得贵。其实不是。真正家常的养法，靠的是组合，不是靠堆钱。猪尾巴一条、黑豆一把、核桃几颗，量都不大，照样能炖出一锅有内容的汤。山东人过日子讲究实在，锅里有东西，碗里有分量，吃完身上有劲，这才叫会过。

紫菜鸡蛋虾皮汤之所以适合很多家庭，是因为它省事。早上赶时间，晚上不想折腾，水开了下紫菜和虾皮，蛋花一冲，三两分钟就能成。它最大的好处是清淡，肠胃压力小。尤其家里有老人和孩子，口味太重反倒不合适。虾皮含钙量在常见海产品里算高的，鸡蛋又是优质蛋白，配合起来，既补得上，也不至于让人觉得腻歪。

说到抽筋，不少人第一反应是缺钙。这个说法不能算错，但也不完整。出汗多、盐分丢失、饮水不够、睡姿不对、运动过量，都可能让腿抽筋。紫菜鸡蛋虾皮汤能提供一定营养，能帮忙补一补，但平时还得注意正常吃饭，别总拿冰镇饮料当水喝。尤其大夏天，空调屋里一坐一整天，腿脚活动少，晚上睡觉腿一伸，抽一下，那滋味真是让人龇牙咧嘴。
