针对群众买药贵、报销繁琐的民生痛点，今年以来，张家界市创新推行公办便民药房建设，推行药品零差率销售，构建起区县、乡镇、村居三级医药服务网络，将平价优质的医药服务送到群众家门口，切实降低群众用药成本、便利群众就医购药。
