一、土豆豌豆豆腐汤

准备食材:土豆、豌豆、老豆腐、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、土豆去皮切薄片，然后把豌豆准备好，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入土豆煸炒油煎。

2、煎至土豆金黄微焦后，再加入豌豆炒香，接着往里加入适量的清水大火煮开。

3、然后把豆腐切小块放入，再继续煮三分钟左右煮熟，接着加入食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、豌豆肉末

准备食材:豌豆、瘦肉、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉剁成肉末，然后剥好豌豆清洗干净，接着把蒜末准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜爆香，接着倒入肉末一起翻炒均匀，然后放入料酒、生抽和食盐调味提鲜。

3、继续翻炒均匀入味后，再往里加入豌豆一起大火翻炒，炒出香味后，接着放入清水一起焖煮三分钟。

4、最后大火翻炒收汁，即可出锅开吃。

三、甜菜心炒牛肉

准备食材:甜菜心、牛肉、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净甜菜心，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入牛肉煸炒至变色后，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入甜菜心大火翻炒，再加入食盐调味，然后继续翻炒至甜菜心断生。

4、最后加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、胡萝卜炒肉丝

准备食材:胡萝卜丝、瘦肉、大葱丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉切成肉丝，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、准备好胡萝卜丝、大葱丝和蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入肉丝煸炒，煸炒至肉丝变色后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入胡萝卜丝和大葱丝大火翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至胡萝卜丝断生。

4、最后加入炒好的肉丝一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、金针菇娃娃菜炒鸡腿肉

准备食材:鸡腿、金针菇、娃娃菜、姜丝、蒜末、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切小块，然后加入姜丝、料酒、淀粉、食盐和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、 清洗干净金针菇和娃娃菜，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡腿肉煸炒油煎，煎至鸡腿肉两面金黄后，再加入姜丝和蒜末炒香。

3、然后加入金针菇和娃娃菜一起翻炒，接着加入生抽和白糖调味提鲜，再继续大火翻炒。

4、炒至金针菇和娃娃菜断生入味以后，再大火翻炒收汁，即可出锅开吃。

六、芦笋炒鸡胸肉

准备食材:鸡胸肉、芦蒿、青椒、蒜瓣、姜丝。

做法步骤:

八、菜心炒肉末

准备食材:青菜心、瘦肉、蒜末、姜丝。

1、瘦肉剁成肉末，然后把青菜心清洗干净切小段，再准备好蒜末和姜丝。

2、青菜清洗干净切小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝和蒜末爆香，接着倒入肉末大火翻炒。

3、炒至肉末变色后，再加入料酒和生抽调味提鲜，接着倒入蒜末和姜丝炒香，然后倒入青菜心一起翻炒。
