日前，菲律宾方面发表声明称对美济礁、渚碧礁拥有主权。9月15日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆表示，包括美济礁、渚碧礁、中业岛在内的南沙群岛是中国固有领土。菲方应立即停止侵权挑衅和煽宣炒作。
