近日，一位乘客乘坐上海71路中运量公交车时，不慎丢失了一个背包挂件。乘务员发现后立即冲出车厢追上去归还，让这位乘客感动不已。她说自己是来沪务工者，虽然挂件并不贵重，但上海乘务员的细致和热心让她感受到这座城市的温暖。9月15日，我们找到了这位乘务员。
