受降温天气影响，黑龙江省漠河市气温日渐走低。9月12日，当地供热部门正式开栓供暖，比计划时间提前13天，确保居民住上暖屋子。据了解，漠河市是中国最北、纬度最高的县级市，冬季漫长寒冷，最低温度曾达到零下53摄氏度。本次漠河供暖期为8个多月，供暖时间将持续到明年5月中旬前后。
