【越乔】获悉，2026年8月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况 出炉， 一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨，二三线城市环比降幅总体收窄 。其中， 武汉8月新房价格环比下跌0.1%，二手房价格环比 下跌0.2% 。 1-8月房价环比指数：
新房：涨、涨、跌、平、涨、涨、涨、跌
二手房：跌、跌、跌、涨、跌、跌、平、跌
另外，武汉 8月新建商品住房成交 7900 套，环比7月 7725 套回升，总体看，8月武汉新房市场“量涨价跌”。不过，随着旺季以及9月武汉楼市新政加持，预计9月新房市场有望“量价齐涨”。
