8月26日，国家自然科学基金委员会公布2026年度国家自然科学基金评审结果，山东省农科院共获批项目64项，其中面上项目20项，青年基金项目C类（原青年基金）44项，直接经费共计2320万元，立项总数、面上项目、青年基金项目C类和直接经费额度均创历史新高，实现历史性突破。与2025年度相比，立项总数提升93.9%；青年基金立项提升109.5%，实现翻番增长；面上项目立项提升40.0%；全院总体命中率12.3%，提升68.5%。
