秋天多喝汤，火气全退光，建议大家八道汤别错过，润肺去燥退火气

最近的天气又闷又燥，让人容易上火、喉咙干痒和呼吸不畅，皮肤也会干干的。所以，这让人容易产生一种错觉，似乎现在不是清爽的秋天，而是燥热的夏天。所以，这个时候，为了让我们可以舒服度过秋天，远离燥热上火，我建议大家牢记“秋天多喝汤，火气全退光”这句民间俗语，不仅营养好喝、老少皆宜，而且润肺去燥退火气，有利于我们越吃越健康。接下来，我分享一下这八道汤的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、玉竹百合猪骨汤

准备食材:玉竹、百合、莲子、桂圆肉、猪骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净玉竹、百合、莲子和桂圆肉，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，再往里加入适量的清水。

3、最后隔水炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、板栗山药鸡汤

准备食材:鸡肉、板栗、山药、红枣、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、鸡肉剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、板栗去壳，然后和红枣一起清洗干净，接着倒入炖锅中，接着把山药去皮切小块，也一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着隔水炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

三、山药玉米排骨汤

准备食材:山药、胡萝卜、玉米、排骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、胡萝卜去皮，然后和玉米一起清洗干净，接着分别切成小块放入炖锅中，再往里加入姜片和适量的清水。

3、然后中小火炖煮一个小时，接着把山药去皮清洗干净，再切成小块放入炖锅中继续炖煮。

4、继续炖煮一个小时后，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

四、南瓜板栗排骨汤

准备食材:板栗南瓜、板栗、山药、莲子、芡实、炒薏米、陈皮、排骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的排骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、用食盐搓洗南瓜，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着板栗去壳，再把山药去皮切小块一起放入。

3、清洗干净莲子、芡实和陈皮，再与炒薏米、姜片一起放入炖锅中，再往里加入适量的清水。

4、最后隔水炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、苹果无花果清润汤

准备食材:苹果、鲜无花果、怀山药、海底椰、莲子、百合、麦冬、瘦肉、姜片。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、用食盐搓洗干净苹果和无花果，然后分别切成小块放入炖锅中，接着把怀山药、海底椰、莲子、百合和麦冬清洗，也一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着隔水炖煮两个小时。

4、最后往炖锅中加入少许的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、苹果四神猪骨汤

准备食材:苹果、山药片、芡实、莲子、茯苓、猪骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的猪骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、用食盐搓洗干净苹果，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净芡实、莲子和茯苓，再和姜片一起放入炖锅中。

3、接着往里加入适量的清水，然后中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、羊肚菌花胶排骨汤

准备食材:羊肚菌、花胶、排骨、姜葱。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、然后把羊肚菌和花胶清洗干净，再和姜片一起放入炖锅中，接着往里加入适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入一小勺食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

八、菜干胡萝卜猪骨汤

准备食材:菜干、胡萝卜、白扁豆、猪骨、蜜枣、姜片。

做法步骤:

1、斩成小块的猪骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、胡萝卜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着把菜干、白扁豆清洗干净，也一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片、蜜枣和适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。
