据伊朗塔斯尼姆通讯社报道，9月20日，伊朗男篮在爱知·名古屋亚运会男篮季军争夺战中，夺得铜牌，全队球员因此将获得免服兵役资格。
报道称，在伊朗，男性年满18岁后必须服两年兵役。
