记者今天（24日）从市场监管总局三季度例行发布会获悉，《市场监督管理所条例》已发布，自11月1日起实施。《条例》通过法治化、规范化的制度设计，为基层市场监管工作提供了全面、系统的制度支撑和实践指导，夯实了基层治理的法治根基。
