主裁判在出牌前沟通时说的是：“I'll show no.21 yellow card, make sense? You didn't hand in the substitution before second half, right? Showing the yellow, ok?”（译文：我要向21号球员出示黄牌，合乎逻辑吧？（向工作人员）你没有在加时下半场开始前递交换人申请，我要出示黄牌ok？）
实际上回放显示，孙方欣在加时开始时就被换上，到出示黄牌时已经在场上比赛了20分钟。
