当地时间9月28日，SpaceX宣布，飞行团队将在“星舰”进入轨道约3小时后，将其安全引导至预先划定的太平洋海域，任务将提前结束。此次任务中，“星舰”首次成功进入地球轨道，并完成26颗星链V3卫星部署；SpaceX表示，星链团队已与全部26颗卫星取得联系。
