省事，晚餐三道菜，好吃到飞起，儿子直呼：这么丰盛，难道要胖了？

杂粮饭也挺有说法。原文里用了小米、紫米、糙米、胚芽燕麦米，还和五常大米搭配。这个思路现在越来越常见，不是赶时髦，是真有现实依据。全谷物和杂粮通常保留更多麸皮和胚芽，膳食纤维、维生素B族和矿物质更丰富，吃起来也更有嚼头。小米暖和，紫米有颗粒感，糙米更扎实，燕麦米让米饭更香。家里有老人和孩子，偶尔这样搭一搭，确实比一锅白米饭更耐饿。
