为什么夏天非要吃这口“凉性肉”？

咱们平时吃的鸡肉、牛肉，大多属于温补，虽然补元气，但在酷暑天吃多了容易上火。鸭肉就不一样了，它性寒、味甘，最大的特点就是“滋五脏之阴，清虚劳之热”。
