当地时间10月7日，中国常驻联合国副代表孙磊在联大六委就“国家和国际层面的法治”议题代表“全球治理之友小组”发表联合声明，声明指出，当前国际层面的法治正承受严重压力，对全球和平与安全构成破坏性风险。声明强调，主权平等是现代国际关系的基石。
