当地时间8日，英国外交、联邦事务及发展部宣布对俄罗斯实施新一轮制裁，重点针对俄罗斯金融服务及该国所谓“影子舰队”。
据悉，制裁对象包括据称参与俄罗斯金融服务的企业，以及据称参与运输俄罗斯石油产品的船舶。
