财政部计划于10月8日发行2026年中央金融机构注资特别国债（一期）。本次拟发行的国债为5年期固定利率附息债，竞争性招标面值总额1500亿元，票面利率通过竞争性招标确定，10月9日开始计息，每年支付利息。
