家常菜，扇贝肉炒莴笋

我老公买回来一袋扇贝肉，一直都是炒韭菜吃，现在正好吃莴笋上市的好季节，今天试试看这两种菜在一起能不能碰撞出美味的火花！说真的口感很是不错

用料

莴笋

1根

扇贝肉

500g

胡萝卜

半根

酱油

一小勺

适量

耗油

半勺

家常菜，扇贝肉炒莴笋的做法

1. 新鲜的莴笋

1. 莴笋和扇贝肉分别焯水1分钟即可（莴笋焯水时可以放点油，会让莴笋颜色保持鲜绿）

1. 油热加入几粒花椒，放入葱蒜

1. 加入莴笋和扇贝肉简单翻炒后加一点点生抽，半勺耗油，少许盐，翻炒均匀立马出锅
