中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒10月8日报道，虽然中东地区局势持续动荡，且航空燃油价格居高不下，但希腊爱琴航空仍决定重返中东市场。
据悉，希腊爱琴航空将于10月23日恢复飞往迪拜的航线，并在12月2日开通飞往叙利亚大马士革的航班。此外，爱琴航空还在评估向北非扩展航线的计划，并计划在2027年5月开通飞往利比亚的的黎波里和班加西航线。此前，爱琴航空预期2026年可用座位公里数将增长7%至9%，但在报告上半年净亏损达330万欧元（约合380万美元）后，已下调预期。
