10月17日，道里区园林管理局在防洪纪念塔广场举办的菊展落幕。撤展当日，品相完好的精品菊花全部无偿赠予市民，当日赠送完毕。本次菊展以鱼跃龙门、大型景观拱门为核心造型，菊花品类丰富、色彩多样，为冰城秋日添了一处别致风景，成为今年冰城秋日里一张亮眼的城市名片。
