10月21日，多名网友发布消息称，收到山姆超市发来的召回信息，对“好健康”牡蛎精胶囊的部分批次商品进行召回。
22日，山姆客服回应称，应海关风险提示要求对商品下架，并应品牌方要求配合召回，且在第一时间启动退款。
“好健康”品牌方客服表示，为配合海关风险检测主动召回，目前给出的方案是仅退款。
