据新华社北京10月26日电 外交部发言人郭嘉昆26日在例行记者会上答问时表示，中方注意到巴西高等选举法院宣布卢拉总统在巴西大选第二轮投票中获胜，对此表示祝贺。中方愿同巴方共同努力，持续推进中巴命运共同体建设。
