齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月26日讯近日，广东遂溪北坡镇第二小学收到爱心组织捐赠的空调，但线路改造还差18万。学校推出“花朵清凉接力计划”募捐倡议书，二维码直接印在纸上供家长扫码捐款，钱款由北坡镇教育发展促进会收取，倡议书上还盖着学校公章。
