第十一屆、十二屆全國政協常委，‌中國書法家協會第七屆主席、‌中國書法家協會第八屆名譽主席，中央文史研究館館員。

Member of the Standing Committee of the 11th and 12th National Committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the 7th Chairman of the China Calligraphers Association, the 8th Honorary Chairman of the China Calligraphers Association, and Researcher at the China Central Institute for Culture and History.
