10月29日，顾客反映发现南京浦口区一商场甜品店的“鸡蛋仔”里有多只蟑螂。
10月30日，涉事商铺工作人员称，该“鸡蛋仔”是模型，平常只注意擦表面，未发现内部有蟑螂，已进行处理，相关食品均放在柜子随用随取未受影响，会进一步加强卫生管理。
涉事商铺所在商场工作人员表示，将督促该商铺加强整改。
