10月25日，江苏华朴下一代精准益生菌与微生态功能医学总部项目签约落户无锡高新区。项目将依托无锡特食院在益生菌功能调控、菌株创制、中试转化等方面的领先优势，聚焦下一代精准益生菌研发、微生态功能医学临床应用，为市场提供高品质功能微生态产品和解决方案。无锡高新区与江南大学将以此项目为契机，进一步完善特殊食品产业链，建强特食产业生态圈。

An agreement for a new headquarters project by Jiangsu Helplifes, focusing on next-generation precision probiotics and microbiome-based functional medicine, was signed on Oct 25 in WND. Leveraging the Wuxi Institute of Special Food and Nutrition Health's expertise in probiotic function regulation, strain development and pilot-scale testing, the project will bring high-quality microbiome products and solutions to market. It will also strengthen WND's specialty food industry chain and deepen industry-university collaboration.

10月27日，德国纽豹集团CEO斯特凡·纽豹一行来访无锡高新区。纽豹智能识别技术（无锡）有限公司是纽豹集团在中国成立的唯一生产服务中心，致力于半导体及RFID高端智能装备的研发生产，是国内众多知名企业的高端设备供应商。此次纽豹计划投资的精密加工改扩建项目，将助力无锡公司实现核心部件自主配套，进一步夯实本地产业链，支撑亚洲区域布局。

German technology group Muhlbauer has plans to expand its operations in WND. During a visit on Oct 27, CEO Stefan Mühlbauer and his delegation discussed a precision machining expansion project for Muhlbauer Technologies Wuxi, the group's only manufacturing and service center in China. The investment will enable the company to produce more key components in-house, strengthen local supply chains and support its broader expansion across Asia.

10月27日，区领导带队调研辖区人工智能重点企业，深入了解企业技术研发、产业布局和发展需求，现场推动人工智能产业创新发展，并强调企业要抢抓人工智能新赛道机遇，聚焦算力、感知等核心技术攻关，积极开拓国内外市场、丰富应用场景，主动对接海内外优质产业资源，多渠道、多角度开展对接洽谈，借力资本赋能产业链协同升级，持续推动产业提质增效。

WND officials visited key AI companies in the district on Oct 27 to learn about their R&D progress, business plans and development needs. They encouraged companies to step up efforts to develop core technologies such as computing power and perception, explore new markets and real-world applications, and make use of domestic and international resources and investment to strengthen industrial collaboration.

10月29日，无锡高新区（新吴区）举行“鸿鹄新程”年轻干部五年行动计划（2026-2030年）发布暨“破新题·建新功”调研实践成果展示活动。此次调研实践成果展示活动广泛动员年轻干部围绕经济金融、产业升级、深化改革、民生改善等8大领域，集中展示在研究新情况、解决新问题上下功夫、出经验的积极作为。活动中解读并发布了《无锡高新区（新吴区）“鸿鹄新程”年轻干部五年行动计划（2026-2030年）》。

WND unveiled its 2026-30 action plan for young officials on Oct 29, alongside a showcase of their research and fieldwork. The initiative encourages young officials to study emerging challenges and develop practical solutions in areas such as economic and financial development, industrial upgrading, reform and improvements to people's livelihoods.

10月28日，区领导率队赴太湖新城集团开展专题调研，并主持召开现场座谈会，听取太湖新城集团2026年前三季度工作情况和明年工作计划，点对点协调解决发展难题。

WND officials visited Taihu New City Group on Oct 28 for a review of its operations, followed by an on-site meeting to hear about the group's performance in the first three quarters of 2026 and its plans for next year. The meeting also addressed specific challenges facing the company and explored ways to resolve them.

10月24日，以 “AI 赋能零碳园区，智领未来绿色工业” 为主题的2026年工业综合能效大会在无锡高新区举行。大会广聚政产学研用多方合力，以人工智能为抓手赋能工业绿色转型，既是一场共探工业综合能效提升、节能降碳新路径的行业盛会，也为各方把握数字能源变革大势、凝聚共识、共创机遇搭建了重要载体。

WND hosted the 2026 Industrial Energy Efficiency Conference on Oct 24. Bringing together representatives from government, industry, academia and research, the event explored how AI and digital technologies can improve industrial energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions more quickly and support the development of zero-carbon industrial parks.

10月15日至19日，第140届中国进出口商品交易会（一期）在广州举行。期间，无锡高新区组织多支招商小分队借展出击，把47家企业、90个展位组成的“锡高新智造”展区变成招商前哨，驻馆对接、馆外拜访，同步奔赴广州、深圳，跨城延伸招商。展位上，企业抢订单、拓市场，以创新产品亮出产业硬实力；展位外，招商人员摸信息、谈项目，累计对接国内外企业80余家、收集产业链客商信息40余条，推动一批优质企业达成初步合作意向。

WND used the 140th China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou from Oct 15 to 19 to pursue new investment opportunities, connecting with more than 80 domestic and international companies and discussing several prospective partnerships. The district organized investment promotion teams to turn its exhibition area — featuring 47 companies across 90 booths — into a platform for showcasing WND's manufacturing capabilities and attracting investment.

10月21日-22日，无锡高新区党工委（新吴区委）宣传部参加无锡市委宣传部举办的“锡杭共联 数智共生”无锡（杭州）数字文化产业合作对接恳谈会，赴杭州交个朋友控股集团有限公司进行走访交流，成功签约文化新业态新项目——交个朋友直播电商江苏运营中心，签约金额1亿元人民币，为区域数字经济和文化产业高质量发展持续注入新动能。

The Publicity Department of the CPC Xinwu District Committee took part in a digital culture industry matchmaking event in Hangzhou on Oct 21-22. During a visit to Be Friends Holding, the department signed a 100-million-yuan ($15.02 million) agreement with the company to establish its Jiangsu Live-Commerce Operations Center. The project will support the development of WND's digital economy and cultural industries.

不久前，无锡高新区企业海斯凯尔医学技术有限公司最新研发的手持式肝脏弹性检测设备PockeTouch获批上市。这台设备长度不过一个遥控器大小，重量和一部智能手机差不多，却能快速、无创地检测评估肝脏健康状况。从“台车式”大型设备到国产手持终端，海斯凯尔用16年时间，将尖端实验室技术转化为触手可及的临床工具，书写了一个关于“普及”的故事。

A new handheld device developed by WND-based Hisky Medical, known as PockeTouch, has received market approval, bringing liver health screening closer to patients. About the size of a TV remote and as light as a smartphone, the device can quickly assess liver health non-invasively. After 16 years of research and development, the company has turned advanced laboratory technology into a compact clinical tool.

近日，第22届全国青年文明号评选结果揭晓，来自无锡高新区（新吴区）的无锡市新吴区政务服务中心项目攻坚青年先锋队、无锡软件产业发展有限公司成功获评“第22届全国青年文明号”。

Three teams from WND have been named National Youth Model Units in the 22nd national selection: the Xinwu District Government Service Center, Young Pioneers for Key Project Delivery team, and Wuxi Software Industry Development.

近日，2026年度江苏省绿色工厂入围名单公示，无锡高新区50家企业入围，数量位居全市第一。从2025年的35家到2026年的50家，不仅实现了数量跃升，更标志着以“梯度培育、政策滴灌、标杆引领”为核心的绿色制造“锡高新模式”进入收获期。

Fifty WND companies appeared on Jiangsu's 2026 green factory candidate list, up from 35 in 2025 and the highest number among all districts and cities in Wuxi. The increase reflects the effectiveness of WND's approach to green manufacturing, which combines support for businesses, targeted policy assistance and the promotion of industry leaders.

近日，江苏省数据局发布2026年度江苏省“人工智能+”典型应用场景遴选结果公示，无锡高新区3家企业入选，分别是央视国际网络无锡有限公司、江苏云工场信息技术有限公司、中卫信软件股份有限公司。

Three companies from WND have been named in Jiangsu's 2026 selection of exemplary real-world AI applications. The selected companies are CCTV International Network Wuxi, Cloud Factory Technology and CHISCDC Software Technology, showcasing the district's growing range of AI applications across industries.

10月23日，2026年“数据要素×”大赛全国总决赛及颁奖仪式在山东青岛举办。无锡高新区企业智联网聘信息技术有限公司打造的《AI易面——基于人才评价数据集的多模态融合面试评价创新应用》项目，荣获人力资源赛道全国总决赛三等奖。这是无锡市在“数据要素×”大赛全国总决赛上首次斩获奖项，实现历史性突破。

Zhilian Wangpin, a WND-based company, has secured Wuxi's first-ever national award in the Data Factor × Competition. The company won third prize in the human resources category with its AI Easy Interview project, which uses multimodal data integration to improve interview assessments through talent evaluation datasets. The national finals and awards ceremony took place in Qingdao, Shandong, on Oct 23.

近日，中国专利保护协会公布2025年度专利密集型产品名单，全市多家企业产品成功入选，其中无锡高新区共有32件产品上榜，全市第一。

WND leads Wuxi in the number of products recognized on China's 2025 patent-intensive product list, with 32 products from local companies making the list, according to the Patent Protection Association of China.

近日，无锡高新区青年艺术家李姣创作的国画作品《花影·帘》正式被巴基斯坦拉合尔博物馆纳入永久馆藏，作品以东方水墨的细腻笔触诠释中式审美意境，成为展现中国当代青年艺术风貌的重要组成部分，此前亮相“丝路文魂 中巴情深—中巴建交75周年中国文化展”。

A traditional Chinese ink painting by Li Jiao, a young artist from WND, has been added to the Lahore Museum's permanent collection in Pakistan. Titled Flower Shadows · Curtain, the work brings traditional Chinese aesthetics to an international audience, showcasing the creativity of China's younger generation of artists. The work was first exhibited at a Chinese cultural exhibition marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan.

10月31日-11月1日，江苏城市业余网球公开赛暨2026“无锡杯”业余网球公开赛将在无锡高新区的无锡国际网球中心举行。这是无锡国际网球中心连续两年举办“无锡杯”业余网球公开赛后的全新突破，从城市级业余公开赛升级为江苏城市业余网球公开赛，单打128签+双打64签，正赛总规模达到192签。

The Jiangsu City Amateur Tennis Open, also known as the 2026 Wuxi Cup Open Amateur Tournament, is taking place at the Wuxi International Tennis Center on Oct 31-Nov 1. After hosting the Wuxi Cup for two consecutive years, the venue is welcoming an even bigger stage this year, with the tournament expanding into a provincial-level city competition featuring 128 singles entries and 64 doubles entries.
