Phoebe Cummings于2005年在皇家艺术学院完成了陶瓷和玻璃的硕士学位。她在英国、美国和格陵兰岛进行了多次艺术家驻留。Cummings于2011年被选为英国陶瓷双年奖得主。在纽约艺术与设计博物馆以及在夏威夷大学美术馆办个展，入围 2018年艺术基金会奖。她于2019 年被布莱顿大学授予荣誉博士学位，目前供职于英国威斯敏斯特大学陶瓷研究中心的研究助理。
