父母养育之恩，山高海深，寸草难报三春之晖。游子远走天涯，慈母倚门守望；离别之时牵衣垂泪，思念之日日夜牵肠。世间孝子，或千里归乡侍亲，或睹物思母悲啼，一片赤诚孝心，坦荡纯粹，可昭日月。孝悌本是中华文脉根基，慈母牵挂、子女念亲的深情藏于千首唐诗。今甄选十二首孝亲咏母名篇，以唐诗为主，兼收五代佳作,传递东方独有的亲情底色。
笔者秉承许渊冲大师提出的“以诗译诗”和“三美论”（音美、意美、形美），兼顾“功能对等”（又称“动态对等”），译文读者对译文的反应与原文读者对原文的反应相似，以独创韵体英译，严守信达雅，让古典孝悌温情与今天的我们共情。为方便读者理解，把诗文共同的文化专有词统一注释如下：

翻译准则：严格遵循 “信达雅”，不增译原文无有的情节、情绪，不删减核心意象，完全贴合唐诗原文字面与深层亲情内涵；全部原创韵体，未借鉴现有任何名家译本。
韵律设计：每首统一采用规整尾韵（AABB/ABAB），贴合英文古典短诗诵读节奏，兼顾中文诗歌含蓄隽永的特质。
意象处理：daylily 对应萱草、highhall 代高堂，保留中华孝文化专属意象，不强行西化替换；慈母、游子、归侍、坟前悼母等核心亲情概念统一译法，文本体系连贯。
风格把控：用词克制淡雅，贴合唐诗温润沉敛的抒情基调，规避华丽浮夸修饰，还原古典诗歌留白含蓄之美。
因水平有限，译作仍存在不足，敬请方家不吝赐教。笔者愿尽绵薄之力，为中华文化出海减少“文化折扣”做出些许贡献。
