【越乔】从长江日报获悉，近日，武汉“贝壳找房”平台启动“房源调价线上验证”功能。这意味着，武汉所有贝壳平台上的二手房源如需调价，须经业主本人线上确认才能生效，过去口头沟通、随意调价的乱象被彻底锁死。
目前，该功能已在全国范围同步覆盖了包括武汉在内的75座城市。
