方向盘要在自己手里

手机可以是一个工具箱，也可能变成一间没有门的房间。

里面有词典、地图、课程、题库、新闻、音乐，也有人工智能。用得好，它们可以帮一个学生查资料、比观点、复习知识，也可以打开一扇看世界的窗。但工具有一种很安静的危险：当它太方便时，它可能会慢慢替我们做决定。

人工智能很好用，但它不应该替代你的头脑。它可以帮你整理材料，解释一个难点，给出几个例子。可是最后的问题仍然属于你：我真的懂了吗？这个答案可靠吗？我能不能用自己的话说出来？它的依据是什么？

联合国教科文组织的学生人工智能能力框架提醒我们，学生应该成为负责任的人工智能使用者和创造者，要有人本意识、伦理意识、应用能力，也要有判断和创造的能力。这个提醒很重要：未来不需要只会更快复制答案的人，而需要更清楚地思考的人。

所以，手机不必被简单地看成敌人。它太有用了，不该只被拒绝。但它也不应该成为司机。工具最好的位置，是在你手里，而不是悄悄把你的手带走。

每次使用工具以前，可以先问自己一句：“我到底想让它帮我做什么？”如果这个问题答不上来，那你可能不是在使用工具，而是在跟着工具走。

这一周，试着给自己一个小规则：可以用手机和人工智能查找、核对、整理、复习；但形成最后观点、写出自己的答案、判断一件事是否可信时，尽量留给自己完成。可以借力，但方向盘要握在自己手里。

Week 7｜Turn the Phone into a Toolbox

Hold the Steering Wheel

A phone can be a toolbox. It can also become a room with no door.

Inside it, there are dictionaries, maps, lectures, exercises, news, music, and artificial intelligence. Used well, these tools can help a student find information, compare ideas, review knowledge, and open a window to the world. But tools have one quiet danger: when they are too convenient, they may begin to make decisions for us.

Artificial intelligence is useful, but it should not become a replacement for your own mind. It can help you organize materials, explain a difficult point, or give you examples. Yet the final question still belongs to you: Do I understand this? Is this answer reliable? Can I say it in my own words? What evidence supports it?

UNESCO’s AI competency framework for students emphasizes that students should become responsible users and creators of AI, with human-centered thinking, ethical awareness, knowledge of AI applications, and the ability to judge and create. This is a useful reminder: the future does not need people who only copy faster. It needs people who can think more clearly.

So the phone should not be treated simply as an enemy. It is too useful for that. But it should not become the driver either. A tool is best when it stays in your hand, not when it silently takes your hand away from you.

Before using a tool, ask yourself one question: “What exactly do I want it to help me do?” If you cannot answer that question, you may not be using the tool; you may be following it.

This week, try a small rule. Use your phone or AI to search, check, organize, or review. But when it comes to forming your final view, writing your own answer, or deciding whether something is true, keep that part for yourself. Borrow strength from the tool, but keep the steering wheel in your own hands.
