近日获悉规划新动向！经开柳岸鸣翠周边拟取消加油站，地块调整为住宅创业路与汉风巷交叉口地块，原规划加油加气站，临近居住区，易产生邻避顾虑。拟开展 A1902 编制单元控规局部修改，将地块由加油加气站用地调整为居住用地。消除设施对周边小区的影响，优化片区人居条件。
⚠️目前仅为拟启动修改，规划仍需履行论证、公示、报批法定程序，以官方最终批复为准。
